About SMPK Digital Library

SMPK Digital Library, is envisaged to function as a fully computerized library with a rich collection of E-books (magazines/stories/articles/periodicals, Research papers, etc.) & Multimedia contents (Audio Books, Videos, Images, etc.) and act as a central Information repository which would provide convenient access to large amounts of digital information. The SMPK Digital Library is open to public including the stakeholders and port users. Digital Library can be accessed through Web Portal as well as Mobile App (iOS & Android) which can be downloaded from Google Play Store (for Android) & Apple App Store (for iOS).

SMPK Digital Library also provides access to Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) with the objective of making available of learning resources / contents provided by AICTE, NPTEL (Online Learning Initiative by IITs and IISc), IITs, IIMs, NCERT, UGC, CEC, IGNOU, CBSE through a single-window. The above access will contribute to achieve the goals of three cardinal principles of Education Policy of Govt. of India viz., access, equity and quality to all, including the most disadvantaged.

SMPK Digital Library through OPAC, provides opportunity to access Text books of NCERT and 20 other school boards, question papers, video lectures, materials for exam preparation, solutions to questions of JEE Main and JEE Advanced, Under Graduate Courses, Post Graduate Courses (certification-ready off-campus online/ offline mode) of Law & Management, Engineering, Science, Humanities, Literature and 34 Direct to Home Channels for High-quality Educational Programmes.
